I grew up in Hyderabad, completed my master’s in Bengaluru, and later moved to Toronto, Canada, where I spent over a decade working with global life sciences and healthcare organizations. With 15+ years of experience across business development, strategy, and partnerships, I most recently served as Global Head of Business Development & Strategy, leading market expansion and growth initiatives across global markets.
My passion for helping organizations grow led me to start MSVGC, where I provide executive coaching, strategic advisory, and consulting to startup founders and business owners. In Toronto, I worked closely with startup hubs and emerging entrepreneurs, mentoring founders and facilitating workshops to help validate ideas, refine strategies, and launch products faster.

As AI rapidly transforms business planning, I believe it is more important than ever to keep a human in the loop. While AI can accelerate insights, it often misses real-world variables and operational challenges. My approach combines AI-enabled insights with practical business judgment to ensure strategies are not only well designed but also executable.
